About The Position

The Production Operator will be responsible for operating production equipment in the facility. The Production Operator will be required to coordinate with other team members to complete daily tasks as required to meet the production schedule. The Production Operator will be required to maintain expected levels of quality and cleanliness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or state recognized equivalent required
• Canadien citizenship required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand consistently throughout the day
• Basic computer and digital communication proficiency
• Ability to communicate in English or French to understand procedures, follow safety instructions, and work effectively with team members.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the construction of furniture, cabinetry, etc. strongly preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Achieve proficiency with multiple production machines and operations.
• Work independently and alongside other team members as required.
• Fulfill requirements of completion of physical documents related to production.
• Meet all safety and quality requirements prescribed by standard operating procedures.
• Maintain tools and equipment, and complete preventative maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, workstations, and the production facility in general.
