About The Position

This position is based at our Montreal office and requires on-site presence four days per week, with the option to work remotely one day. Reporting to the Canada OEC Sr.Manager, the position will support the regional Operations Model by following up on remediation actions for compliance incidents impacting Canada, as well as tracking LERN activities and trainings. The position will also support communications in English and French (local translations). Additionally, the Analyst will oversee the tasks related to the Data Privacy Program supporting Privacy Stewards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor`s Degree required.
  • 3-5 Years of experience in a similar role.
  • The incumbent must be able to communicate well in English (50% of the time), as his or her duties require interaction with stakeholders and colleagues outside Quebec and Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring transactions/processes in scope of the Compliance Program (e.g., Sponsorships, Grants, Charitable Contributions, etc.) to verify compliance with policies, procedures, support documentation and controls.
  • Adapting OEC global/regional training materials and communication to local needs (such as affiliate requirements, thresholds or limits), and languages; developing training guidelines and decks.
  • Delivering OEC training to reinforce specific topics in activities and events (e.g., Compliance Week, Awareness Campaigns).
  • Supporting the execution of onboardings and new hire training; and follow up of LERN completion.
  • Answering consultations about policies, procedures and transactional tasks, from employees at different levels across all Divisions, including leaders; covering a range of topics such GPAS, 3PP, monitoring, audit, among others.
  • Following up on Data Privacy program tasks, supporting Privacy Stewards in fulfilling their responsibilities as the main contacts for each Division.
