Requirements

High School Diploma/GED.
Manufacturing, warehouse, production, assembly or similar experience required
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role – including lifting 50 lbs, standing for long periods of time, and completing repetitive tasks
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Ability to problem solve and identify safety hazards.
Must be willing to complete a lifetime (from the age of 17) background check and full panel drug screen

Forklift, mobile equipment, or heavy equipment experience preferred

Responsibilities

Handling, stacking, and grading of material up to 18ft in length and weighing up to 50lbs repetitively.
Continuous wrapping and sub-bundling of material and stacking of millwork for shipment.
General cleaning of work area and surroundings.
Banding together units at the end of each production run.
Monitor quality of product, equipment, and safety and working with supervisor as issues arise.
Use a tape measure and miter saw to cut runners and side boards to the proper length for banding.
