About The Position

Streamline Glass is seeking a first-shift Production Operator to support its Production team. The role works across multiple workstations, including glass cutting, polishing, and fabrication. The ideal candidate is adaptable, safety-oriented, familiar with manufacturing, and comfortable with technical equipment and automated systems.

Requirements

• Proficient technical skills and comfort with technology and automated systems.
• Ability to safely lift 75 or more pounds.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry or a production environment.
• Ability to perform physical activities requiring considerable use of arms and legs and movement of the whole body, including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
• Experience with safety protocols, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly in dynamic, team-oriented environments.

Nice To Haves

• CNC experience.
• Prior experience in the glass industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist at production stations where needed.
• Operate and monitor production equipment and automated machinery.
• Maintain production flow while meeting quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Apply Diamon-Fusion® coating to glass products.
• Assist with other production duties as needed.
