About The Position

Pacific Cheese is hiring a Production Operator in South Reno. The role is responsible for production record keeping and Navision consumption, printing and checking tracking reports, and resolving discrepancies. It also includes quality assurance and cross-contamination inspections, calibrating Urschel heads to product specifications, ensuring associates rework product properly, and replacing standard machinery parts when needed.

The work takes place in a warehouse or production environment where temperatures may be as low as 32 degrees and are typically 45–55 degrees. Production noise may require hearing protection. Applicants must include work history or a resume. Pre-employment includes a drug screen.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Machine Operator.
• At least six months of forklift experience.
• A driver's license may be required.
• Great attitude and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Record trim output and consumption in Navision, print Navision-generated tracking reports, verify data, and address discrepancies.

• Perform quality assurance and cross-contamination inspections of the line.
• Ensure Urschel heads are calibrated according to product specifications.
• Ensure associates are properly reworking product.
