About The Position
Production Operators support daily manufacturing operations in an industrial environment. The role involves operating production equipment, handling materials, maintaining product quality, and following established safety procedures. Positions are available on second and third shifts in Norwalk, Ohio. Second shift runs Monday through Thursday, 1:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with possible Friday overtime. Third shift runs Monday through Thursday, 7:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., with possible Sunday overtime.
Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely around industrial equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting as required.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift.
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment according to work instructions.
- Inspect products to ensure quality and production standards are met.
- Handle raw materials and finished products as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Identify and report equipment issues or product defects.
- Complete production paperwork and support team production goals.
