About The Position

This role is responsible for performing all assigned work safely by adhering to safety, environmental, contamination-control, PPE, lockout/tagout, fall-protection, vehicle/forklift, arc-flash, and confined-space procedures. The position requires completion of all required training and maintaining awareness of industry updates and safety changes. Key duties include maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization, receiving and inspecting shipments, assisting ABB operations to support workflow needs and ensure smooth production, and supporting Plasma Table and Plasma production by moving and labeling plate material. The role also involves assisting with monthly inventory counts, preparing outbound shipments, and performing additional tasks such as grinding, painting, and prep work. The position requires strong adherence to safety protocols and effective communication and teamwork.

Requirements

• Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
• Must possess knowledge using standard tools.
• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year or less of experience

Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned work safely by following all safety, environmental, contamination‑control, PPE, lockout/tagout, fall‑protection, vehicle/forklift, arc‑flash, and confined‑space procedures.
• Complete all required training and maintain awareness of industry updates and safety changes.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, including debris removal and weekly inventory organization.
• Receive and inspect shipments by examining, unpacking, and verifying accuracy as needed.
• Assist ABB operations by supporting workflow needs and coordinating with supervisors to keep production running smoothly.
• Support Plasma Table and Plasma production by safely moving plate material, loading it on the table, and labeling plates per engineering drawings.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and prepare outbound shipments according to company guidelines.
• Perform additional tasks such as grinding, painting, prep work.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
