Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
1 year or more of work experience in any industry
Basic computer and math skills
Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful
Must be qualified as a Level 1 Resource Specialist within 24 months.

Nice To Haves

1+ year of manufacturing work experience
Machine operation and/or forklift experience

Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment as assigned.
Perform various production tasks to meet quality and quantity standards.
Learn and qualify on multiple job functions within the production facility.
Achieve Level 1 Resource Specialist certification by knowing 4 jobs, with at least 2 from the eligible list, within 24 months.
Work towards Level 2 Resource Specialist certification by knowing at least 6 jobs total, with at least 3 from the eligible list.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors.
Follow all safety and operational procedures.
Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
Work in various temperature zones, including cold and/or hot environments.
Handle areas where dust and chemicals may be present.
