Production Operator - Resource Specialist 1
About The Position
Join Land O'Lakes, a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative, as a Production Operator - Resource Specialist 1 on the 2nd Shift. This role is part of a structured program with three levels of Resource Specialists. As a Level 1 Resource Specialist, you will be trained to know at least 4 jobs, with 2 of them being from an eligible list. This position offers a pay rate of $30.33 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1 year or more of work experience in any industry
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Respectful demeanor
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of manufacturing work experience
- Machine operation and/or forklift experience
Responsibilities
- Know at least 4 jobs to be considered a Level 1 Resource Specialist, with 2 of those jobs being from the eligible list (Churn Operator, HTST/Bulk Receiving, Computer Operator, Utility Batch, CIP Operator, Reworker).
- Achieve Level 1 qualification within 24 months.
- Potentially move to Level 2 by knowing at least 6 jobs total, with 3 from the eligible list.
