About The Position

The Production Operator inspects, sorts, and packages injection molded parts in a fast-paced environment, working both inside and outside a clean room. The role follows approved production and quality procedures and works around injection molding machines while observing safe work practices. The operator communicates issues promptly to the supervisor to help minimize production losses. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, use of personal protective equipment and clean room gowns, and strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. The position is based in Santa Rosa, California, within commuting distance of the office.

Requirements

High school education required.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Ability to lift or occasionally move items up to 50 pounds.
Comfort using hands, reaching, handling small parts, and using measuring tools for extended periods.
Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Must be based within commuting distance of the office in Santa Rosa, California.
