About The Position

This role involves operating basic machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), loading and unloading materials, monitoring machine operations, and performing routine checks and maintenance. The Production Operator I is responsible for maintaining a clean work area, adhering to safety policies, and assisting in troubleshooting machine issues. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of machinery and production processes.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Computer skills including ERP systems.
• Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location.

Responsibilities

• Operates basic machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Loads and unloads materials into machinery.
• Monitors machine operations and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Performs routine checks and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Adheres to all safety and company policies.
• Assists in troubleshooting machine issues.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
