About The Position
Production Operator 1 sets up and operates production machines and equipment. Reports to Production Supervisor and is located in Newark, CA.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year work experience in manufacturing production environment
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma is desired
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall operation of the assigned production line/unit
- Offline feeder setup, tear down and component recognition
- SMT machine operating
- AOI machine operating and QC
- PCBA general rework
- PCBA trace, BGA pad rework
- Handload, mechanical assembly
- Handload, wave soldering machine operating, washer operating
- AXI machine operating and QC
- SRT machine operating
- Routing/depanelization/Press Fit
- ICT testing
- FCT testing
- Burn in
- Box build
- HiPot
- Hynix Test
- Hynix QC
- Hynix operations exclude Hynix Test and QC
- Execute written/verbal instructions given by supervisor and monitor efficiency and quality of assigned routine tasks.
- Read and follow work instructions and visual aids
- Check and inspect task results against predetermined standards
- Identify, communicate, and escalate production issues and problems
