About The Position

Production Operators assist manufacturing processes on high-speed production lines at the Wooster campus. This is a 100% onsite role, scheduled Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Travel between campus locations in Northeast Ohio may be needed. The role is non-exempt and starts at $18.95 per hour. A $500 sign-on bonus is available and will be paid in two installments; full details are provided during interviews.

Requirements

• Ability to read, understand, and implement required standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform production tasks at a fast pace and meet production standards.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply safety and quality guidelines and meet applicable regulations.
• Move product, supplies, and inventory to support production.
• Follow standard operating procedures, cGMP, safety, and housekeeping requirements; train others as assigned.
• Rotate among production-line tasks, including inserting, packing out, palletizing, and keying.
• Visually inspect components and finished goods at each step of the manufacturing process.
• Maintain hand-eye coordination to perform at a rate of over 100 bottles per minute.
• Lift up to 30 pounds at a fast pace for extended periods.
• Perform production tasks with the physical agility needed to meet production standards.
• Work on high-speed production lines.
