About The Position

Airgas is hiring for a Production Operator Filler in Austin, TX! This role involves making and/or repackaging and pumping compressed and liquefied gases into cylinders. The position requires conducting pre-fill and post-fill inspections, performing tests on cylinders before they are released for distribution, and filling cylinders to the proper capacity by following safety guidelines and manufacturing procedures. Accurate maintenance of cylinder filling records and adherence to all required procedures are essential for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

Ability to obtain a valid forklift operator’s license.
Ability to regularly lift up to 60 pounds and occasionally move up to 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment.
Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.
