About The Position
Vishay is hiring a Production Operator 1 to support manufacturing operations. The role executes assigned tasks according to instructions and specified procedures, helping meet production plans and output goals while keeping assigned production activities efficient. The position follows relevant internal work instructions, safety rules, and applicable environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations. The operator may prepare wafers, components, or semi-products and monitor related hand-stock; process components, semi-products, or products to specifications and quality standards; and perform basic machine setup or CNC/SPS programming when required. The role cooperates with maintenance technicians or external service providers on repair issues and reports failures or dysfunctionality to the responsible employee or supervisor. This position requires access to information subject to ITAR and/or EAR regulations and is open only to applicants who qualify as “U.S. Persons” under U.S. federal law.
