About The Position

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Production Material Handler to join their team. This role involves moving raw materials and finished goods, ensuring material accuracy, staging production jobs, investigating inventory discrepancies, and restacking finished goods. The position requires working safely and efficiently, utilizing all required personal protective equipment and safety devices. The employee will also be actively involved in Continuous Improvement initiatives, promoting and sustaining CI, 5S, and STW activities. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

• Follow proper training techniques.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, finished goods, etc. to their assigned locations.
• Ensure material movements are consistent with current procedures regarding proper identification, fit, form and function.
• Stage and conduct production job accurately, complete paperwork and supply the presses with correct materials.
• Investigate inventory accuracies.
• Restack finished goods.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
