About The Position

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Production Material Handler to join their team. This role involves moving raw materials and finished goods, ensuring material accuracy, staging production jobs, investigating inventory discrepancies, and restacking finished goods. The position requires working safely and efficiently, utilizing all required personal protective and safety equipment, and actively participating in Continuous Improvement initiatives, including 5S and STW activities. Requirements

• Must be able to work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required.
• Must follow all STW documentation or proper training techniques.
• Must be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, finished goods, etc. to their assigned locations.
• Ensure material movements are consistent with current procedures regarding proper identification, fit, form and function.
• Stage and conduct production job accurately, complete paperwork and supply the presses with correct materials.
• Investigate inventory accuracies.
• Restack finished goods.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
