About The Position

This role is for a Production Manufacturing Technician on the 2nd Shift. The position involves general labor tasks in a manufacturing environment, including assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging of various products. The technician will operate specialized equipment, monitor supplies, perform preventative maintenance, and may be required to cross-train in other production areas. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are essential.

  • Must be a US Person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or person granted asylum) due to ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading various types of cleaning equipment
  • Miscellaneous assembly
  • Inspecting, alcohol wiping, swabbing
  • Carrying plates, nitrogen dry parts
  • Leak, function and flow testing
  • Bagging, packaging
  • Operating microscopes, profilometers, lapping machine, air and electric drivers, impulse wire bag sealers and leak, flow and function testing equipment
  • Operating ultra sonic wash, electro polish and insert installation stations
  • Monitoring supplies and using the material replenishment reordering system
  • Performing assigned preventative maintenance tasks
  • Cross-training and assisting other production areas as needed
  • Working in clean room, clean line or assembly areas as workflow dictates
  • Following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) pertaining to manufacturing duties
  • Proper use of required PPE (coveralls, boots, hairnets/headcovers/face shields, gloves, etc.)
