02-Production Operations
About The Position
The production manufacturing associate is responsible for completing assigned manufacturing activities in our plastics production area safely. The associate must also meet our quality standards and demonstrate the ability to work independently. This position reports to the supervisor and is part of the Plastics department located in Indianapolis and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Assembling products or components Operating basic machinery under supervision Loading and unloading materials, packaging finished products, labeling and preparing items for shipment
Requirements
- High school degree (or equivalent degree)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Possess a sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use a computer to complete work
Nice To Haves
- Experience in continuous improvement with participation on a kaizen project team is desirable
- Demonstrated success carrying out leading day-to-day activities and organizational agility
