About The Position
The Production Manufacturing Associate completes assigned manufacturing activities safely in the plastics production area while meeting quality standards and demonstrating the ability to work independently. The role is part of the Plastics department in Indianapolis and is performed on-site. The position reports to the supervisor.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- A sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use a computer to complete work.

- Experience with continuous improvement, including participation on a kaizen project team.
- Demonstrated success carrying out leading day-to-day activities and organizational agility.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products or components.
- Operate basic machinery under supervision.
- Load and unload materials.
- Package finished products, label items, and prepare them for shipment.
