Requirements

5+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership (food, packaging, or CPG preferred)
Experience managing multi-shift operations and frontline teams
Strong knowledge of GMP, food safety, and quality systems
Proven ability to drive production performance and labor efficiency
Experience with WMS and production systems
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

Lead daily production operations across multiple shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are met
Supervise and develop production supervisors and frontline teams, driving accountability and performance
Enforce GMP, food safety, and quality standards (AIB, internal audits, etc.)
Drive labor efficiency, scheduling, and workforce planning, including coordination with staffing agencies
Monitor and improve production rates, downtime, and overall line performance
Partner with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to ensure material flow and production alignment
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality, safety, and operational issues
Maintain accurate reporting across production metrics, labor, and WMS systems
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
