About The Position

Concept80 is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of multiple projects across sport, entertainment, and live events. The role combines production management with on-the-ground producing: planning projects in the office and delivering them live on location. It offers involvement across the production lifecycle, from proposals and budgeting through shoot delivery and post-production, with end-to-end ownership and close creative and client involvement. The Production Manager will plan and manage schedules, budgets, logistics, travel, and delivery timelines; scope projects with the Creative Director and Senior Producers; and hire and manage freelance crews, suppliers, and production partners. They will attend shoots as the on-the-ground producer, coordinate crews and solve problems, while serving as a day-to-day contact for key clients. The role also supports creative proposals and treatments, oversees post-production and asset management through final delivery, and tracks and reconciles production costs. This is a full-time role based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a hybrid working environment. Concept80 describes its culture as curious, responsible, collaborative, ambitious, and committed to high standards of craft and delivery.
