About The Position

Roth Industries is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations across multiple shifts in a fast-paced food production environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, production performance, and continuous improvement while developing strong frontline leadership teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing leader with experience in food production, Lean Manufacturing, and team development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in food production
• Experience leading teams across multiple shifts
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience managing operational KPIs

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Food Science, or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, GMPs, and food safety standards

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations across multiple shifts
• Ensure production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Drive a strong Safety and Quality First culture
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Partner with maintenance and operations teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, throughput, and waste reduction
• Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed
• Coach and develop supervisors and frontline employees
• Support staffing, production planning, and schedule adherence
