About The Position

As the MT Production Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day execution of maintenance operations ensuring crews are scheduled effectively, properties are maintained to standard, and resources are used efficiently. You’ll lead teams, oversee scheduling, manage job costing, and ensure safety, quality, and customer expectations are consistently met. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong organization, field awareness, and the ability to develop people while driving performance.

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in landscaping, maintenance, or field operations
Strong leadership skills with experience managing crews
Solid understanding of scheduling, routing, and operational efficiency
Experience with job costing, budgets, and resource management
Knowledge of horticulture, plant health, and maintenance best practices
Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Lead safety efforts by enforcing policies, conducting audits, and providing hands-on training to crews.
Oversee scheduling, routing, and execution of maintenance services to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
Manage labor, equipment, and materials while tracking job costs and maintaining alignment with financial targets.
Train, coach, and develop crews to improve performance, retention, and long-term growth.
Partner with sales and client-facing teams to ensure expectations are met and identify enhancement opportunities.
Maintain accurate records, support reporting, and ensure operational alignment across the division.
