Production Manager – Landscape Maintenance

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the landscaping industry
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or crew leadership role
- Familiarity with Aspire software

Responsibilities
- Coordinate materials, scheduling, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure job site quality meets company standards
- Inspect properties prior to scheduled service to develop appropriate action plans and perform hands-on work as needed
- Proactively monitor irrigation systems and areas with potential for disease or insect problems before issues arise
- Ensure proper maintenance, storage, and use of branch equipment
- Coordinate with office staff to keep branch databases current with accurate client information
- Order materials as needed while monitoring costs and delivery schedules
- Work with the Area Manager to identify staffing needs, support hiring, and prepare daily crew schedules
- Develop and review growth plans for employees; provide coaching, counsel, and performance feedback
- Lead crew training on equipment operation, production planning, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Implement safety best practices and actively monitor branch safety performance
