About The Position
Pepsi MidAmerica is looking for a skilled Production Maintenance Technician to keep our production running smoothly in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves inspecting and troubleshooting machinery, performing preventative maintenance, and responding quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime. The technician will collaborate with production teams, maintain accurate repair records, and ensure a clean and safe work area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and on a team
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities
