About The Position

Ericsson Silicon's RTE SPE Project Management Office is looking for a Silicon Project Manager who's ready to leave their mark on the cutting edge of ASIC technology. We're talking about the chips that power the world's most advanced Baseband and Radio systems — and you could be leading the charge. You won't just manage projects — you'll drive innovation at the silicon level, shaping how next-generation Baseband and Radio ASIC components are designed, tested, and delivered to market. From the first design iteration to full production ramp, your fingerprints will be on technology used globally. Your playground includes: Design for Test/Debug — Optimizing and architecting solutions that push boundaries, System Debug & Productization — Taking concepts from prototype to production-ready reality, Production Testing & Engineering — Slashing test times, boosting fault coverage, and cutting ASIC costs, Quality & Reliability — Holding silicon partners to the highest standards on the planet.

Requirements

  • Several years of hands-on ASIC Design experience with deep expertise in DFT/DFX
  • Experience leading teams across multiple sites and cultures with confidence and genuine impact
  • Hold an MSEE or equivalent
  • Industry-level knowledge of NPI, product life cycles, and customer experience

Responsibilities

  • Influencing ASIC components from scope to cost to schedule
  • Connecting stakeholders across the globe, keeping everyone aligned on milestones that matter
  • Controlling program budgets and capabilities with precision and confidence
  • Leading the charge as the main interface between Silicon teams and external/internal vendors
  • Transforming how teams work — driving continuous improvement that accelerates time-to-market
