About The Position

The Production Maintainer operates, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs high-speed manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. The role supports product quality and productivity through equipment maintenance, quality checks, and data-informed decisions. Maintainers perform routine and emergency maintenance, prioritize work across multiple pieces of equipment, and keep the work area in line with sanitation, housekeeping, and safety standards. The position pays $30.01 per hour; the posting notes a factored rate of $35.01 per hour when daily overtime is calculated. The schedule consists of 12-hour shifts rotating between days and nights every four weeks: 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
1–3 years of industrial experience.
Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting.
Ability and willingness to work rotating 12-hour and other alternate schedules, including day and night shift rotations and required weekend and holiday hours.
Ability and willingness to work mandatory overtime as required.
Superior work history, including good attendance.
Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
