About The Position

The Production Maintainer operates, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs high-speed manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. The role is responsible for maintaining product quality and productivity by performing quality checks, recording results in automated quality control systems, and interpreting data to support operational decisions. The Maintainer also performs routine and emergency maintenance on process equipment and keeps the work area compliant with sanitation, housekeeping, and safety standards.

The position works a rotating 12-hour schedule, alternating between day and night shifts every four weeks, with required weekend and holiday hours and mandatory overtime as needed. The stated base salary is $30.01 per hour; the posting also gives a factored rate of $35.01 per hour when daily overtime is calculated.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of industrial experience, preferably in a high-speed manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability and willingness to work a rotating 12-hour schedule and other alternate work schedules, including day and night shift rotations.
• Ability and willingness to work required weekend and holiday hours.
• Ability and willingness to work mandatory overtime as required.
• Superior work history, including good attendance.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
