About The Position

PAC is hiring Production Machine Packers to pack and inspect bubble mailers and provide feedback and assistance to the Machine Operator. Packers are the final quality check for finished products and help ensure customers receive products that meet PAC’s quality standards. This is an entry-level role with opportunities to progress to a Machine Operator position within months. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The position starts at $16.65 per hour, plus a $1.10 shift differential.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to interpret stacking diagrams and pack products accordingly.
Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds from floor to waist.
Commitment to safety, strong work ethic, resilience, reliability, punctuality, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and pride in work.

Nice To Haves

At least six months of manufacturing work history is desired.
