Production Line Operator
About The Position
As a Machine Operator, you will safely operate and monitor production equipment to ensure quality products are manufactured efficiently and in accordance with production standards. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment.
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
- Set up machines according to specifications.
- Perform inspections and basic troubleshooting.
- Complete production documentation accurately.
- Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report safety concerns and equipment issues promptly.
- Follow quality standards and work instructions.
- Use measuring and inspection tools as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Operates production equipment while following work instructions, monitoring product specifications, and maintaining quality and production standards.
