About The Position

Marvin Composites is hiring a Line Operator for its extrusion manufacturing facility in Fargo, North Dakota. The role oversees manufacturing and production, from managing raw materials and producing parts on the production line to preparing finished goods for shipment to customers. The position is offered on either a second-shift or third-shift schedule. Pay is $20.75 per hour, with a $2.00 per hour second-shift premium or a $3.00 per hour third-shift premium. Relevant experience will be considered. Marvin Composites produces custom fiberglass components used in premium Marvin windows and doors. Requirements

High school degree or GED.
Effective communication and social skills.
Ability to read and interpret specifications.
General computer proficiency for production tracking and reporting.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
Ability to stand and work for an 8-hour shift.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 10 to 50 pounds.
Must be at least 18 years old.
