About The Position

Ryder is hiring Production Line Leads in Wilmer, Texas. The role involves setting up, operating, and reconciling assigned production assembly lines, ensuring the correct customer product is on the line, and making sure units and pallets are packed correctly. The lead trains line workers to assemble components and pack products according to documented work instructions and quality requirements. The position offers weekly pay at $20.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour when assigned to second shift. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to multitask and work within multiple systems at the same time.
Ability to react positively to change and handle additional tasks as required.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Advanced proficiency, knowledge, and/or experience with production assembly lines.

Nice To Haves

One or more years performing simple mathematical calculations.
One or more years operating a computer and hand-held scanner.
One or more years of previous experience as a team lead.
One or more years of previous production experience.
Bilingual ability.
