About The Position

As a Production Supervisor with Trane Technologies, you will help lead daily operations in our Clarksville, Tennessee facility by promoting quality, cost effectiveness, and efficient production. In this role, you will oversee a production shift in a high-volume, lean manufacturing environment and work closely with cross-functional leaders to support team and plant objectives.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
1+ years of manufacturing experience.
Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead daily production shift operations with a focus on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and output.
Monitor material usage to help maintain smooth and efficient production flow.
Identify and support process improvement opportunities that advance plant goals and ongoing programs.
Partner with leaders across Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.
Communicate team goals and plant-wide initiatives clearly and consistently.
Support employee training, development, and positive employee relations.
