About The Position

The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing packing line employees, ensuring efficient production flow, proper packaging, and compliance with safety and quality standards while supporting overall team performance. You will add value by performing the following duties including but not limited to: Manage staffing levels, assign workstations, and train new employees Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and recognize strong performance Ensure team members follow GMPs, safety procedures, and company policies Support production activities and relieve employees during breaks and lunches Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment Ensure packaging meets specifications and prepare equipment and labeling machines for operation Maintain compliance with food safety, food defense, food quality standards, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a food manufacturing or similar production environment is preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (word, excel, power point)
