About The Position

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing material handlers in the loading and unloading of trucks, supplying production lines, and maintaining accurate inventory control within the warehouse and freezer operations. You will add value by performing the following duties, including but not limited to: Lead and support material handlers to ensure efficient warehouse and production support operations Manage inventory control for the warehouse, freezer, and production work orders through inventory reporting and cycle counts Ensure trucks are loaded with the correct product and shipped according to schedule Ensure incoming trucks are unloaded accurately and in a timely manner Verify forklift operators maintain valid certifications and follow all safety rules and procedures Assist in the training and development of warehouse employees while supporting company policies and procedures Maintain compliance with food safety, food quality, food defense standards, and perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 -3 years experience in a warehouse environment
