Production Leads
About The Position
Production Leads are needed for 1st and 3rd shifts. The pay ranges from $19.80 - $20.60 per hour, depending on the case-ready department, with an additional $2.00 per hour for the night shift differential. This role requires experience in case-ready department positions and a willingness to work all scheduled hours. Attendance is critical, with a maximum of 3.5 attendance points allowed; exceeding this will result in demotion. Additionally, candidates must not have any disciplinary write-ups in the past 6 months. Bilingual skills are desired. The position involves performing simple math and the ability to execute essential functions with or without accommodations. Key responsibilities include training employees on job descriptions, skills, policies, and procedures, promoting job rotation, and assisting management with employee placement, control assessment, information gathering, quality standards, and record-keeping. The role also involves assisting employees with breaks and maintaining a clean work area and good communication regarding production.
Requirements
- Experience in case-ready department positions.
- Willingness to work all scheduled hours.
