About The Position

Guide and train production employees and coordinate quality checks on assigned production line. Demonstrated leadership abilities and will be responsible for training and directing 12-40 employees. This role involves assigning plant operations during shift, meeting production schedules, and maintaining employee and product safety. The ideal candidate will be production and quality conscientious, monitor usages, and complete paperwork.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Ability to follow-up
• Ability to be punctual and outgoing
• Ability to communicate and work well with others in a plant environment
• Ability to successfully multi-task
• Ability to ensure collaborative relationships with industry, trade, other associations, regulatory agencies and company staff
• Ability to trouble shoot
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SAP preferred
