About The Position
Aegis is seeking a Production Technician to join our clients organization. This position is a 6 month contract to hire position. Aegis offers benefits for the contractors and accrued PTO.
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience within manufacturing (open to new grads with related degree as well)
- Experience working in sterile clean rooms (aseptic)
- Experience in a cGMP-regulated production environment & ISO regulatory processes (food for example I would take a shot on)
- Curious, hands on and eager to learn attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills - attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Basic Computer Skills
Nice To Haves
- Associate or bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in biopharma, animal health, or tissue processing
Responsibilities
- Experience following batch records and SOPS
- Basic computer skills for documentation and electronic record entry.
- Willingness to follow detailed written and verbal instructions and uphold strict quality standards.
- Comfortable working in controlled environments, including cleanrooms and biosafety zones.
