Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business related field
3+ years in inventory planning, business planning, or supply chain experience preferred
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Highly organized and ability to adapt to quickly changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

SAP/IBP, Power BI and Excel experience a plus

Responsibilities

Plan & Manage Inventory: Create and manage buy plans by style and color across multiple manufacturing plants
Support Forecasting & Business Planning: Prepare reports for monthly inventory reviews to ensure inventory aligns with business and financial goals
Optimize Supply Chain Performance: Utilize vendor capacity to help meet seasonal production and delivery goals
Collaborate Across Global Teams: Partner with Planning, Merchandising, Sourcing, Operations, and Asia-based sourcing teams to support product delivery and business objectives
