About The Position
ALCAL SPECIALTY CONTRACTING, INC. IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING RESUMES FOR A PRODUCTION INTERN. This is a Full-Time/Part-Time, Hourly position located in Fremont, CA, with a wage scale of $22.00-$25.00.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a University or a recent graduate eager to start their career in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assisting Production team with a variety of tasks including scheduling and dispatching crews, creating purchase orders, reviewing timesheets, reviewing job files, and filing and uploading documents.
- Assisting Safety team with a variety of tasks.
- Assisting in Warehouse, including loading and unloading trucks, monitoring inventory, and maintaining warehouse equipment.
- Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
