About The Position

A Production II associate performs multiple warehouse duties, including restocking, auditing orders, and picking orders. The role involves accurately picking products from designated locations and placing them into cartons on pre-built pick carts or into totes as directed by a hand scanner. Associates restock products, inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance, seal completed orders, and direct them for invoicing and shipment. The position operates on a Monday–Friday second shift from 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at $16.50 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential ($17.50 per hour).

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities.
• Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKU information.
• Basic math skills for counting and determining quantities.
• Ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick products quickly and accurately from designated locations and place them in cartons on pre-built pick carts or in totes as directed by the hand scanner.
• Restock products in designated locations.
• Inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Seal orders and direct completed orders for invoicing and shipment.
• Operate a voice or Radio Frequency unit.
• Check out equipment and return it in the same condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance.
