About The Position
New Mexico Piñon Coffee is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals interested in future Production I opportunities. This position supports the safe and efficient production of quality coffee while following company procedures, food-safety requirements, and our Core Values.

- This includes applicable food-safety standards and requirements related to OSHA, Good Manufacturing Practices, and the Food Safety Modernization Act.
- Employees are also expected to protect confidential company and employee information.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate basic automatic and semi-automatic production equipment.
- Process, label, seal, package, and carton coffee products.
- Follow production orders, Standard Operating Procedures, and job aids.
- Complete production paperwork accurately using Good Documentation Practices.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and all applicable food-safety guidelines.
- Inspect products throughout the production process to identify quality concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and dust-free work area.
- Properly use required personal protective equipment.
- Follow safe material-handling procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and minimize waste.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
