About The Position

As a Production Associate, you are an essential part of our production team. You help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of production processes by enhancing productivity, maintaining quality standards, and supporting accurate, on-time output. You work closely with a collaborative team and cross-functional partners to deliver reliable service and high-quality work that supports our clients’ business needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in a production, manufacturing, print, mail, or similar operational environment.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a team environment, collaborating to meet production or service-level goals.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to enter, update, and review production or operational data.
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, related experience, and/or military experience.
  • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted Canada work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience identifying process issues and suggesting improvements in a production or operations setting.
  • Experience working with basic production tracking or workflow systems.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes by following established procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with production team members to maintain consistent quality and meet defined production targets.
  • Monitor work output to ensure seamless operations that meet or exceed client and internal expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow, reduce waste, and streamline production tasks, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Use tools such as Microsoft Excel to track, record, and report on production activities and results.
  • Follow all safety, security, and compliance procedures to protect client data, equipment, and associates.
