About The Position

Corle Building Systems is hiring a full-time Production Floater for its Production Department at the Imler, Pennsylvania location. The role is on second shift. The floater learns all positions on the production line and may be assigned to a different position each day. The company manufactures pre-engineered metal building systems and describes itself as IAS-accredited in the USA and CSA-A660 certified in Canada.

Requirements

• Experience with measuring tools.
• Ability to learn all positions on the production line.
• Prior welding experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn all positions on the production line and work in different positions as assigned, potentially changing positions daily.
• Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion.
• Assemble flanges and end plates.
• Operate overhead cranes.
• Operate the WebSplice machine-operated welder.
• Tack weld.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
