About The Position

CleanCare is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented full-time Floater to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities. The position involves traveling between accounts, with a car provided for that travel. Employees must arrange reliable transportation to the main office at 511 Phillips at the start of the day. The work starts at 5:30 p.m. and may continue until midnight or 1 a.m., or later until 3 or 4 a.m. The schedule is generally Monday through Friday, with weekends potentially included; the schedule may be Sunday through Thursday or Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years old due to an insurance requirement.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Must pass a basic criminal background check.
• Must have reliable transportation to the main office at 511 Phillips.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Dependable and flexible approach to work.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned cleaning tasks.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and other surfaces.
• Clean and maintain break rooms and common areas.
• Vacuum carpets and rugs.
• Sweep and mop floors as needed.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Dust furniture, surfaces, and fixtures.
• Clean glass, mirrors, and interior windows.
• Perform general janitorial and housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Follow cleaning procedures and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
