About The Position

The Production Floater position involves cross-training in various roles to enhance work skills and knowledge. Responsibilities include operating machinery, performing safety checks, and initiating maintenance work orders. The role requires accurate reading of gauges and test equipment, utilizing basic shop math, inspecting products, and completing quality and administrative documents. The position also involves counting and stacking finished products.

Requirements

• Forklift and or Roll Clamp Experience
• Demonstrate ability to read a production schedule including special instructions
• Ability to run all aspects of a corrugator or related experience
• Flexibility to move jobs when needed
• Communicate and work closely with all team members
• Computer Skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in corrugated manufacturing plant
