The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking a Production Engineering Manager located in Berkeley, MO. You will also be supporting our Production Engineering Homeroom Team with core support duties and communications. This is a high visibility role with great opportunities to help shape our future.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 1+ year experience leading or managing engineering teams
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning
  • Experience with Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Project management experience
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Responsibilities

  • Support all Production Engineering staffing for Boeing St. Louis Region
  • Primary point of contact for Air Dominance Production Engineering (ADPE)
  • General Executive Support for ADPE Homeroom strategy and communications support
  • Supporting analyst activities for Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Tool & Equipment Engineering and Liaison Engineering skill sets
  • ADPE CAM support to Integrator
  • ADPE Capital and Expense support to Integrator
