About The Position

Under supervision, the Production Document Control Team Member will work with the production department to control the production by properly reporting materials usage and total finish goods in an accurate manner and in a real time using the AX WMS system.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Bilingual in English/ Spanish
Basic Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, AX and Internet.
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and handle multiple projects simultaneously
High School or equivalent and/or one year experience as line worker or similar.

Nice To Haves

Hand held scanner experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Follows and enforces employee’s safety procedures
Report any unsafe conditions to immediate supervisor or manager
Follow, Monitor, and Enforce all food safety procedures
Follows and enforces SQF requirements (Facilities, Equipment, SSOP, SOP, GMP’s, and ETC)
Follows and enforces USDA & FDA guidelines and regulations.
Follow Company Policies, Regulations, and Lunch & Break Policies
Scan and record all the materials usage to prepare different recipes
Scan all transfers and recorded on real time
Ensures the Daily Production documentation controls are completed and accurate on a daily bases
Ensures recipes are not prepared prior to all the materials are properly scanned and recorded on a real time
Communicates effectively at all levels in the production department.
Resolve any issues with scheduling and Production control Lead
Clearly communicates and holds self-accountable for business objectives. Provide any feedback to lead to insure success in achieving business objectives.
Foster relationships with other staff members to create an environment where all employees are encouraged & developed to reach their full potential in meeting department/business goals.
