About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role is based in a production or plant office setting and involves regular interaction with operations and administrative teams. Work is primarily computer-based, with exposure to an active industrial environment. Appropriate safety training and equipment are provided.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage accurate, high-volume data entry
• Capability to work confidently with computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with plant and office teams
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform reliably in a fast-paced production environment
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills when handling data discrepancies

Nice To Haves

• Titan or similar system/database experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and maintain production data in plant systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Review and validate production data, including counts, production draws, and inventory-related information
• Confirm accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production outputs to ensure system alignment
• Ensure data entered flows correctly into systems such as billing and operations
• Work cross-functionally with production, sales, engineering, and shipping/receiving teams to resolve discrepancies
• Support inventory tracking and reconciliation, with potential to assist with procurement tasks as the role evolves
